How are direct hire fees calculated?
Direct hire placement fees are calculated as 10% to 15% of the candidate’s first-year annual compensation, based on the scope of the role, level of seniority, and search requirements. Fees are invoiced on the candidate’s first day of employment.
What types of roles do you you place?
We place professionals across senior-level, corporate, administrative, finance, HR, and operations roles—ranging from support staff to VP-level positions.
What areas do you serve?
The Staffing Company provides staffing and recruiting services throughout Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Henderson, as well as the greater Clark County area. We also support clients across Nevada and nationwide for select placements, depending on the role and requirements.
How do you vet candidates?
We conduct a structured screening process that includes role alignment, experience evaluation, and reference checks. Additional services such as background checks, education verification, and I-9 processing can be coordinated upon request.
