Corporate Fee Structure

We understand that every organization has unique hiring needs, operational structures, and performance expectations. As a Las Vegas staffing agency, recruiting agency, and employment agency, The Staffing Company partners closely with clients to develop precise job descriptions, compensation strategies, and placement solutions tailored to each role.

Our executive search and professional placement services are designed to deliver qualified candidates across corporate, administrative, finance, HR, and operations roles—ensuring the right fit for both immediate needs and long-term success. Clients are not obligated to pay placement fees until a candidate has been successfully hired and has begun their role.

Placement Models

Direct Hire (Receptionist to VP)

Placement for full-time professional roles — 10% to 15% of total annual compensation, based on role complexity, seniority, and search requirements.

• 30-Day Candidate Replacement Guarantee

If a placed candidate’s employment ends within 30 days of their start date, The Staffing Company will conduct one replacement search at no additional placement fee, provided the candidate was not terminated for cause.

• Background Checks & Verification

The Staffing Company can coordinate background checks, reference checks, and verification services upon client request. These services may be conducted directly by the client or arranged through the agency and billed separately.

Identity, Education & Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 Processing)

The Staffing Company can assist with identity verification, education verification, and I-9 employment eligibility processing upon client request. Clients may complete these requirements directly or have them coordinated through the agency. Any associated third-party or compliance-related costs may be billed separately.

• Payment Terms

Placement fees are invoiced on the candidate’s first day of employment and are due within 10 days of the start date.

• Candidate Referral Ownership (12-Month Period)

Candidates introduced by The Staffing Company remain under the agency’s referral for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction. If the client hires the candidate within this period, directly or indirectly, or refers the candidate to another party who hires them, a placement fee will apply.

Direct hire placement fees are calculated as 20% to 25% of the candidate's first-year gross annual compensation, due upon the successful start of the hire.

What are mark-up rates for temps?

Temporary staffing mark-up rates range from 40% to 60%, covering payroll taxes, statutory insurances, and comprehensive administrative overhead costs.

How do temp-to-hire conversions work?

Following a standard 480-hour trial period, corporate clients have the option to convert temporary associates to permanent staff for a prorated conversion fee.

How do you vet VP candidates?

We utilize multi-stage leadership assessments, professional reference triangulation, and rigorous background checks to verify executive competencies and cultural alignment.

How does billing work for multi-state offices?

We provide consolidated billing solutions and localized compliance management tailored for enterprises with operations spanning multiple state jurisdictions.

What guarantee is provided?

We offer a comprehensive 90-day guarantee for all corporate placements. Should a hire fail to meet expectations, we will source a replacement at no additional search cost.
